The Pommery champagne cart will be on hand, pouring your favourite champagne whilst team Odyssea will be shucking the finest of oysters for you to enjoy

We are looking for experienced and inexperienced energetic individuals for full-time, part-time, and casual roles including bartenders, baristas, servers plus food and beverage attendants. We are offering above award hourly rates, on weekdays and weekends, with allowances and conditions.
